I have been taking a break from doing workout for two weeks because I was ill. I was very ill that I thought I'd die. No, I am not exaggerating. Doctor told me not to do any workout until I have fully recovered and I could do some stretching. I really thought I would have to stay in the hospital and needed a tube feeder to eat and drink.
I was at the worst shape, but I am getting better now. I just can't wait to be back on the track.
